Can anyone tell me if it's possible to restore files with the original created and modified dates & times, at the moment when i restore individual or multiple files the modified dates & times are set to the current system time, this can be a pain if i'm searching for a certain file using what i believe to be the original modified date/time, also, i like files to be restored exactly as they where when they backed up, eg: correct created & modified dates and times.
This is using Paragon Hard Disk Manager 2008 & 2009 Pro. Thanks!

Yes, it is possible.
Go to Tools - Settings - Copy and Backup options and un-check the option to Skip OS auxiliary files. Then create new backup. It will make backup bigger, but date and time stamps will stay intact after restore.

Thanks for your input, but this solution doesn't work, all it does is include the pagefile.sys, etc, within the backup, when i restore a full HDD image there isn't a problem, the problem arises when i want to restore individual files and folders.
