vista problem no virus upgrades and no firewall sync

Hello,

I have problem with ESET NOD32 4.2.40.24 and Windows Vista. Nod can not download updates. It is not saying any error but it is also not doing anything when clicking download updates.

Also when nod start it says "Palomuurin kokoonpanon lukeminen epäonnistui". So it can´t read info from windows firewall. Windows security center sayis that nod is not working.

Today run in to this problem twice on two different computers. Full reinstall doesn´t help. Both laptops had Symantec before NOD. Sametime seven other installations went just ok.
