Default Procedure for moving license to new computer.

Need the instructions for this. My ole trusty '03 build is almost like me, starting to shake on all 4 supports. Will be purchasing new computer in 5/6 days, just getting things lined up. If there is a written procedure, post, if not, how? Oh, going from XP 32 bit to Win7 64 bit. Will that make a diff?

Simply use your existing license on the new 64 bit computer. Make sure to download the 64 bit version.
