I performed a full scan with the ESET NOD32 and it discovered the Win32/Mebroot Trojan in the Operating Memory but it couldn't remove it, so I downloaded this tool from this link: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page...nt&id=SOLN2372 but it also couldn't remove it. any suggestions. btw I don't have the recovery cd for windows. |

You will struggle to get a response of any use from ESET, I didn't and still haven't sorted the issue so please post if solution is found. Don't bother with the thread link, unfortunately it is a dead end, none of the solutions worked.

The Win32/Mebroot removal tool works, as best as I know. Options if you are currently infected
