TrueCrypt: Encrypt multiple OS in a multiboot partition (another scenario)

I have recovery partition, a system partition and a start partition created by win7. I also installed Ubuntu in the start partition using Wubi. Now I need to encrypt the start partition or the DD without screwing up something.

How it can be done using truecrypt? I'd tried using multiboot options but is seems not to be easy to do. (because of the Grub?)

any step by step help would be appreciated.

I would get rid of Wubi and install Ubuntu the proper way. If you want to encrypt Ubuntu, you can use the alternate install CD, which can be downloaded from the main site. Once you do that, follow this guide to encrypt it. You don't need Truecrypt (and in fact Truecrypt wont allow you to encrypt a Linux partition at this time).

Of course, if you install Ubuntu directly to the disk (by not using Wubi) you will typically need at least two partitions, so this all might be out of the question anyway.
