Default Re-scan files in the quarantine folder after the upgrade

Could not find the documentation Nod32?
Purpose of the item in the advanced settings -> system tools-> quarantine "Re-scan files in the quarantine folder after the upgrade"?

It merely means that the content of the quarantine folder will be rescanned after an update. There are no additional options for this feature currently.

Rescans the quarantine, and that further?

There are no additional actions, currently it serves only for automatic restoration of false positives defined by the vendor from quarantine.
