Outpost FW 7 and G-Data 2010 AV

I've had a problem i haven't solved.

When OPFW7 and G-data 2011 are running, all my downloads, .exe, zip, rar get corrupted. When I remove OPFW 7,all is well, Whem I remove G-data, all is well. Anyone esle see this? An

y fixes?
