Default Unable to open rulset under limited user account

Windows XP Pro SP3 - Everytime I switch over to my other account (LUA) LnS loads but aI get a message that says Unable to open ruleset file, I'm using the enhanced ruleset.
Under the options tab I have Automatic Start - System and Registry Keys - common to all users. I even created a new folder by going through %ALLPROFILES% to install LnS which now shows a folder under All Users instead of the default location of C: Program files but still no luck.

Did you check the file permissions on the ruleset file? You may need to grant Full Control or at least Modify permissions to your limited account for this file(s).
