Default email notification of failed updates question

I'm getting emailed messages every 5 minutes that my clients can't update(when they have a net connection but aren't on our lan)

I followed some old guide on how to allow alternate updates to come directly from eset, but I guess it's just not happening

Is the only way to stop this to raise my verbosity to "critical error" in the policy manager?

Thanks

Default Re: email question

Hello Sk_illed,

In the dual update profile, change the primary update server directly to ESET and the secondary server to your internal servers. Or you can try removing the secondary update to the internal and only use the external.

Thank you,
Richard
