No, there are not any other skins for the forum and we're not planning on adding any.

The options in the drop-down menu at the lower left is a style selector which just varies the width of certain boxes and forms on the forum pages. The way those are meant to be used is to select the one that has a number closest to your screen resolution. If someone is still using a screen sized at 800x600, then they should choose FullScreen800. For a 1024x768 resolution, you use FullScreen1024. And, for 1280x800 and wider screens, use FullScreen1280. (You can see the difference mainly in text input boxes, like the post reply message box. If you choose a narrow style on a wide screen, you'll have a tiny text entry box and lots of unused space to the right. The bigger styles increase the width of those boxes.)
