Default Password Error msg

I've just purchased my license and uninstalled/reinstalled NOD32. However I cannot update anything 'cause it says - after cancelling

Incorrect username or password

Anyone else had this problem/fix. Any help much appreciated.

Your username and password must be entered in the Update setup panel incorrectly. Please copy&paste them from the initial email you received from Eset to the appropriate fields in the Update setup panel and try to update again.

Thanks Marcos. It appears that my typing skills are bloody awful - cut 'n paste worked.
