Default w32spybot.worm

Sorry dont know if im in the right forum.Norton popup keeps advising me that it detects w32 spybot worm in
C:documents setting\all users\documents\open_me.exe
When i run av scan system is clear.Would appreciate any advice on how to handle.Thank you very much.
Also ran ad-aware,an spybot.

Go here HERE and follow the instructions. Since you have already ran SpyBot and/or AdAware, skip step 1 and go to step 2.
