Default probably unknown TSR.BOOT virus

ESET Security Business Edition.

Getting tons of these that appear to be boot sector viruses, but I'm not entirely convinced that nearly every computer on my network has this virus.

Why is this detecting and what can I do to get rid of it? Anyone else seeing these warnings?

Thanks,
JJJ
