Default HOSTS File and Windows 7

To load your HOSTS file in Windows 7 requires special instuctions. You guys can read about them here:

I can't expect that relaxing security on this file is a good thing. If you change your access to this file to full control you open it up to anything running under your user account.

Only the program used to load HOSTS is set to run as administrator. The security access on HOSTS is not effected.

You can revert to load program back or even delete it if you want.
