updae and scan timing

Hi,
I am confused what to do. Now, each time I connect to Internet Nod starts to upload new updates. I want it to do it just once a day, because in any case I have a programmed scan at 11-30p.m.

How can I programme Nod to update itself only once a day an at a desired time? e.g. at 11p.m.?
