Installed it earlier,over the 9.00 version..
Still runs smooth,no conflict or problem showed so far.
Really love this product..

What's the difference between this and the 2010 AV program? Is this more geared towards corporate customers?

The original key I received didn't work with version 9.
I got an email the day version 9 was released and was given a new code since I have a current subscription.
