Default Unable to store cookies

Prevx prevents storage of cookies when I try and log on either with or without ID vaualt When I disable Prevx I can log on withoput answereing security questions. I have contacte your customer support little help.

Any way to list safe sites in Prevx?? and aloow coolies to be stored?

Thank you for the information and for contacting us! Could you please let us know what operating system you use and what version of ID Vault you are using so that we can try to reproduce/correct the issue internally?

I'm sure we'll have this fixed quickly for you! Let me know if you have any questions
