Default Why is my NTFS partition always compressed?

I tried to format the drive choosing "Windows NT Filesystem" in Disk Utility, but Disk Utility keeps telling me it's "Windows NT Filesystem (compressed)". Is it normal? I don't want compressed NTFS format but the normal one.

This is known issue with Paragon NTFS for Mac and Snow Leopard.
