Returnil and SafeOnline

Do you know of any problems running SafeOnline (a Prevx product) with Returnil?

I am running Prevx with Safeonline and RVS 2010 currently with no problems. I did disable the AV part of RVS though. I did find it was slowing Prevx scans. Other than that it is working great on my system.
