Have you checked out Microworld's escan? There used to be a free on demand scanner (does not clean) but I am not sure if it can scan from the context menu or not. http://www.escanav.com/english/conte...escan_mwav.asp

Microworld AV doesn't have context menu scan. Its akin to Cureit, and a standalone scanner.
