installation error
"an error occurred while attempting to create the directory"
win 7 64 I cant install the program as I get the above error. I am the admin. I have taken ownership. I have tried to install in diff directory. Any suggestions? thanks

Please deactivate all other security programs and try the installation again. Do you still get the same error? Mike |

Please send the following to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com referencing this thread. Include a complete step-by-step description of what happens, when it happens, and the text of any other error messages:
* C:\Windows\rvs3.log * C:\Windows\rvs3-inst.log * MSINFO32 report** **Click START > RUN > Type MSINFO32. On the System Information screen click FILE > Export and then save the file where you can find it to attach to your e-mail. Mike |
