Default msg121.cpy.dll

Dear Sir / Madam

From last some days, whenever I go online and run my IE (Windows XP Prof.), I am receiving following massage:

RUNDLL
An exception occured while trying to run "c:\windows\system32\msg121.cpy.dll", UMonitor"
OK

]

When I press OK nothing will happen, I means my system run smoothly.
My Q is what is this msg121.cpy.dll and what it is doing??
Please help me to solve my problem.

It seems you have been Hijacked.... Go HERE and follow the instructions.

Hi

Thanks for soooooo quick reply. Although I have installed Spybot - S&D in my system, but I did not scan my PC from last 15 days.
Let me update my Spybot and let u know what happen after that.
