Default Something stupid

Hello!

I've got some trojan virus, or something like this. I opened some internet adress in mirc and then I started to spam. So I'm banned from all channels on irc. They say I have a virus. I checked my computer with Panda Platinum 7, trendmicro housecall, BitDefender Home Edition, installed a2, checked disk with adaware, Spyware blaster, MRU-guard .. I don't know what to do. Can anyone give me some advice?

First we need to know what were the results of your scans? Did the scans identify a virus? If so, the name of the virus. What version of Windows do you use? With this information, we can help you.

Hi kloshar,

Go here HERE and follow the instructions. Since you have already ran SpyBot and/or AdAware, skip step 1 and go to step 2.

Regards,
Kent

No antivirus found any virus.

Time to install a (trial) version from a dedicated antintrojan - no offense intended, but A2 doesn't come close at this stage:

Grab a copy from TDS3, install, dowload and install the latest radius file as well overwriting the old one, perform a full system scan (have a coffree break in the meantime), and post results please.

regards.

paul

....

I would do Paul's suggestion first and then do the HJT log to be sure you are clean....
