PG 2.0/NIS 2004 Failure to Startup on Reboot

    BOCLEAN is not the only security program experiencing a random failure to startup on system reboot. NIS 2004 fails as well since installing PG 2.0. I have ALLOW Global Hooks set active on all the elements of NIS 2004. Here is a log file of a successful reboot where NIS 2004 did startup okay.
