Error in SpywareBlaster 3.0 with control panel

i install SpywareBlaster 3.0 then active all security...well that work fine but later i open control panel folder...and closed....make me a error Proxy Desktop: explorer.exe - Error in application....

please help i find some helpo from webpages and anyone now nothing
