was just about to post this here lol..

i got three keys from this.. awesome.

btw the keys will work just fine even if you only have avast free prior to this one. i didnt see your link for the free upgrade till after i bought them then i was worried the extra one would not work but it does just fine

here is the correct link for paid users though:

    http://www.avast.com/lp-upgrade-4-5-paid

    and it ends feb 1st

I was not aware of the up to 50% discount offer for AV free users either. Because of you I found it :)

wish i saw it yesterday i already bought one key at only 30% off using a coupon code i had. i could have saved 27$ on that one. that sucks

i went this way on the family systems its easy to use i can set up the firewall rules even in auto mode which is nice. and it will not drive the wife and daughter crazy. also got one for the wifes business computers in her office. the other one was for mom and the mother in law and my sister. they all seemed to love it and im sure it will be enough to keep them 99% safe as no one program can prevent it altogether.

i may get one more lic for my systems but im still using nis2010 on my personal systems though with this 50% off deal that may change

I took advantage of the 25% off last December to get 3 years license of the AV. Although it is a 50% for the upgrade to the Internet Security, I would still consider the upgrade price expensive for the 3 years upgrade. :'(

A 3 year license of KIS in Hong Kong cost only HK$370, which is US$47.56.

Not sure if the local retail price of avast would be lower.

This is strange. I am running AVAST 5.0 free version and if I click "Upgrade" on the Main Program, what I get is 50% of $69.95 which gives me $34.98.o_O Does that mean that Avast has two different prices, one for new customer and one, higher for those who are Upgrading?

Here, that's the reason I say there are two different prices. One on this link and one if you click Upgrage from the free version...

Is it me, or is the frigging bottom falling out of the paid security products market. I mean for the consumer it is heaven. But for the long term stability of vendors being able to grow, it seems terrible.

Good Morning ! Took advantage of this offer for the Suite. Runs very smoothly, only thing is I'm not sure as to how the sandboxing feature works maybe someone can shed some info on how this operates,as I've never had to utilize it's features. All said it's an excellent deal. Sincerely...Securon

Well, I guess the focus right now is to survive more than to grow......In a market of cut-throat competition, big-name vendors and the changed economic conditions, I guess it makes sense that one should do everything possible to just survive or stay relevant in the market.

(But hey, I'm no business analyst, so take my words with a grain of salt).
