Frank, you must first go into device manager, uninstall your graphics driver and reboot BEFORE proceeding.

This one below is the FIRST screen you'll see as Windows scrambles to identify what happened.

What you wanna do is CANCEL out and instead double-clk (3rd pic) your dwnld to get started.




After Windows settles down some you can confirm the drivers removal.




Now we're into the install - continue.




C's your drive? Fine, OK to continue. Otherwise, change the drive letter.




Create it? Of course! Like you & I, this thing needs a home!




*File name for your installer will obviously be different.
