ds.serving-sys.com - what is it?

I downloaded DirectX 8.1:

and DirectX 9c:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...c-420815448ea4

When I want the properties of these files (DX81NTeng.exe, directx_9c_Dec04sdk_redist.exe) check the digital signature, the system tries to connect to strange server ds.serving-sys.com:
