Default Nod32/Acronis breaks folder shares

A heads up for anyone usig these products.

Any version of Nod32 AV (2.7, 3, 4) when installed with Acronis True Image 2010 blocks folder sharing from an XP computer. Either Nod32 or Acronis on their own are fine, but both together does not allow networked pcs to access shared folders.
