Question Asus system restore wicked feature

Zshutdown1 -> sysprep 1.cmd

msconfig loads the above file^

It's definitely clean, Vista restored by means of original DVDs from Asus.

Is it safe to disable it? what's the purpose of it? can't find any info on this freaking issue...
