Default PREVX - turning off and on

Hello,

I have had PREVX for about 2 years now with no issues until yesterday. I installed a new Seagate external harddrive and since then the Prevx icon in the systray goes red, disappears and then comes back green as it is doing at this very moment.
Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Hello,
I'm glad you've found our forums!

Can you please try uninstalling Prevx 3.0 by clicking Start - All Programs - Prevx 3.0 - Uninstall Prevx and then answering the prompts to uninstall it. After this, reboot your PC and then download the newest version of Prevx 3.0 from http://info.prevx.com/downloadcsi.asp

After installing this version, you should be able to put your license key into the product by clicking License along the left side and clicking Activate.

Please let me know if the problems persist and I will investigate further!
