Question Is Iron browser supported by SB?

Hello all,

I use SB 4.2 on XP SP3 and recently changed from IE(7) to Iron.

Sorry if this is an FAQ, but does SB fully support Iron? I assume (?) that Iron does not use the IE engine, so as a techie myself, I'd greatly appreciate a detailed answer about what 'bits' of SB (if any?) won't work in Iron.

Many thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure it does nothing for SRWare Iron. It only protects Trident (IE) & Gecko engined browsers like Firefox, SeaMonkey, Orca & K-Meleon. I use K-Meleon a lot but I use Iron as a back up (& a bit of a change sometimes). I think that Iron is pretty safe anyway. It was rumoured that SB would protect Opera at one time but I don't know anything more about it.
