Unable to register for B&R 2010

I have tried literally dozens of times to register so I can download updates. All unsuccessful. I enter the information, submit and it simply comes back with the same screen with all the fields cleared. I have used Firefox and IE. Do difference. So I tried customer support. Entered email address and hit submit. Same results. I can't see anything being blocked in Firefox. Cant log on. Same general results.

Any ideas?

As an aside, I am not fond of the logging on to get updates approach.
