Could you send over a scan log to report@prevxresearch.com? Generally a localized scan log is the best way to get the precise files fixed as quickly as possible.

I noticed when starting the new version 3 of Thunderbird a few times, Prevx authenticates files each time. I minimise TB to the system tray now.
