Cannot install, prior installation did not complete

I need help installing RVS Home Free version. I've had it on my system like a month ago and had uninstalled it. Now when I go to install I get error message:

A prior uninstall did not complete please uninstall.

But there's nothing in add/remove programs to uninstall

I've attached the install log file and also the MSI installer log file using /l

Please make sure all other security programs are temporarily deactivated and attempt the installation again (install/restart cycle). This can cleanup remnants from a previous uninstall that did not complete properly. Also, be sure that you do not use third party uninstallers as this has been shown to cause issues in some cases.
