Eset NOD32 Antivirus upgrade v3 to v4 ? and other questions

I am in the UK and using NOD32 Antivirus version 3.

Is there an upgrade path to version 4 or do I have to pay the full price?

Is version 4 that much better than version 3 ?

I am also using ZoneAlarm as my firewall.
Would I be better switching to Eset Smart Security v4 or ZoneAlarm Internet Security (currently half price)?

Version 4 has brought additional new features, such as improved cleaning of resistant threats, significantly improved self-defense, support for Windows Mail/Thunderbird, statistics, SysInspector integration, SysRescue for creating rescue media and other improvements and fixes.
