Default Prevx support query

Hi PrevX support,

Some time ago (Sun, Nov 15, 2009 at 5:01 PM) I sent a mail to report@prevxresearch.com enquiring aobut a suspicious file PrevX had flagged.

I've been lurking at PrevX for some time (for home and coporate use) so I've got myself 2 questions.
Did you get my e-mail or has something gone wrong?
And of course, was the file I sent you dangerous?

Cheers,

Jeroen

Hello,
I don't see any email from then, it might be worth resending it - we will generally respond manually a few hours after automatically processing an email of a new sample but it's possible that yours got lost in one of the queues.

If you'd like, send me a PM with your email address after sending the email again and I'll ensure that it is read properly

Sorry for the mixup!

Thanks. Don't worry about it, these things happen. I'll forward the message right away.
