Ante-Virus software and Paragon software
I installed PM 10 personal yesterday.
It seems that Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0.1.325, the most recent version that be used with Windows 2000, greatly slows the running of the program. It would be necessary to tell Kaspersky to Trust the program. Most slow was the loading of the Help tab. Took longer than forever, in large part due to Kaspersky. It would have been faster to open the PDF manual and search. What services, and files should I tell Kaspersky, or any other AV software, to trust? Indeed, this same question should be answered for each Paragon software. |

And, prehaps, the *.chm file, which takes forever to load. Newer versons of Kaspersky have whitelists built-in, dunno if Paragon is included. Alas, win win 2000, I am stuck with Kaspersky 7.0.1.325. |
