Default Need help with a rule

In my home network I have 2 laptops, one is conected wirelessly to a router intially when I look for the computers in network connections the one connected by wireless is not shown until I turn off the firewall in ESS.

When I turn the firewall back on the network stays intact, because of a fingerprint reader problem I can only use ESS in automatic mode and automatic with exceptions mode.

How can I create a rule to allow clear access between computers?

Windows Firewall + ESET NOD32 3.0.694

or another security product

ESS is not Windows 7 fully compatiable

Windows 7 is a new Operating system with its new feautures/options. A fully compatiable product must intergrate and support all of its new feautures with its default settings and updates. ESS does not fall into this cathegory.
