Default Blinking Cursor and dots...

Running Windows Vista.

When I ask partition manager to resize a partition, it says it needs to reboot and run in boot-time mode. I say do it, and it restarts the PC.

Then I see a flashing cursor and a line of dots, and the hard drive seems idle with no drive activity visible from the HDD light. Looks like this:

Hello SoCalSam,

Boot to the paragon recovery CD, finish the operation there, update MBR and Windows should boot back to normal.
