Default MMBNA being blocked

So I was going to post in this thread: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=225384
But it is too old. It seems that Virus Software has gotten more sophisticated now instead of blocking the install. Once you install it and try running the scan it blocks you from renaming and running the program as well as cancels the program. Doing a fresh install will let you rename it but not run the scan. The viruses are also blocking AVG. The have also altered the process and file names to avoid the current instruction on removing them. Any Thoughts on the best way around this?

IVmost, first, welcome to Wilders! Yes, the level of malware sophistication today requires focused and dedicated help, a lot more than we can offer here at Wilders.

Perhaps a review of this Wilders thread: If you are currently infected and asking for help at the sites listed there, will offer the immediate assistance you need.
