Default old USB key fails

I have two old 128MB USB (v1.1) thumbnail memory drives that both fail to boot properly into Drive Backup 9 but both seem fine according to Windows error-checking, and seem to work fine for basic file transfers.

However my newer 4GB USB 2 drives works fine for booting into DB9.

Any idea why I can't get the smaller 128MB drives to work with DB9? They are all formatted for FAT32, and I created them using the Recovery Media Builder

Hello Logan123,

Did the thumb drives work at one point? I know the image is only 62 MB on the flash drive unless it's the WinPE disk. Run a scandisk to check for any bad "sectors" on the thumb drive. I suspect because it's old and they do go bad.
