Default IE8 and DOM storage.

Are there any reasons why DOM storage in IE8's advanced internet options should be left at the default level of ticked?

I have read this but am not much wiser I'm afraid

stapp, look at this Internet Options - Advanced Tab guide (scroll down to the Security Settings section) for an explanation on Enable DOM Storage.

Yes very good link, hadn't seen it before. Lots of other useful info on there too.

stapp et al

DOM storage means your PC is saving even more info/data about you. If people don't mind all that ! I prefer not to.

Plus check this from the link, which i also don't want.
