Default Alert Options?

Regarding the Prevx console, under Manage your Licenses > Manage MyPrevx Users > Alerts

My configuration:

Select Email Alert Frequency = Once a Day

Summary of new systems activating using this license key = enabled (All Systems)
Summary of key events for all systems on this license key = enabled (All Systems)
Instant alert whenever a system gets newly infected = enabled (All Systems)
Summary of PCs with recent infections = enabled (All Systems)

I have only received an instant alert for an infection; no summary alerts. Why not?

Default Re: Alert Options?

Hello and welcome to the forums!
We're currently performing some upgrades to the MyPrevx web software and this function is slotted for the next round of upgrades. Currently it is a placeholder until we get all of the underlying functionality complete but it is definitely high on our priority list

I'll post back here as soon as we have it functional (or you will automatically start receiving the summary reports if you have that option checked in a few weeks once we finish the integration).

Let me know if you have any other questions!
