Nod32 On Exchange server refuse to update

Hi all,

I really hope someone can help me.

I have installed Exchange 2003 version of Nod32
But I get "server connection failure" all the time

Internet is working fine and all other Nod installation works fine to. (Total 10 servers)

Today I have server maintenance at this customer and have tried to reinstall three times and all restarts by the book.
But no change.

This is the first time that Nod32 not work like a charm for me.
Please, can someone point me in the right direction?
