Default Prevx Help Please :-)

Hi:-)

I decided to give Panda IS 2010 a try. I ran a scan and it automatically "disinfected" a "Program Data/Prevx CSI/qc.csi" file.

I still have a "Program Data/Prevx CSI/qc.csi" file with a size of 17,433 kb.

Do I need to reinstall Prevx?

TY

Hello,
This isn't technically a false positive by Panda - that is our quarantine which contains disabled copies of malicious files removed by Prevx. You can remove that file without a problem but it poses no risk to the system as the cleaned programs cannot run (some antivirus programs just scan past the simple encoding we do on the files we store).

Please let us know if you have any other questions!
