OK good. Now, did you get it through update, download, or did it come included on your install disk? Yes, we're still gathering information.

This double shutdown thing happening every time since it's start a few days ago? XP Home or Pro?

I am not sure what happened, but I removed a program yesterday that I had downloaded over 2 weeks ago and since then it has been shutting down on the first try.
New! The removed program was the chat program for MY Space.

The "Help and Support" does still not work though. I have tried different places that H&P will normally pop up and I get the same message.

How 'bout listing that program before we address your other issue? Wasn't Skype was it?

I went back and restored some of the Registery files and the darn Help & Support is now working fine.
A big thank you to all of you that helped so much. I am in your debt. I will also be back when I need more help!
