Default Problem with remote install

Hi.
When I'm trying remote install ESET SS 4 after showing this dialog above progressbar - "Waiting for ESET Installer Service connection" - installation are interupted and i see dialog "ESET Installer Servic did not start on target computer within timeout period".
Why?

Hello limak74,

Did you pre-configure the personal firewall settings before push installing ESS? The following article has the configuration settings: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page...nt&id=SOLN2233

Also, our support engineers can assist you with this by looking at a SysInspector log from the client machine. You can log a case here: http://www.eset.com/support/contact.php. Attach your log to the reply email you will receive from our support team.
