Default Acronis Management console getting stuck

Hi

I would like to take backup of linux server. I have installed Acronis True Image Enterprise Echo Server, universl restore and Management console on Windows server 2003.
When i try to connect to the linux server through the Acronis Management console from windows its getting stuck. Acronis true image linux agent is installed succesfully with snapapi.
When i do netstat on both machines, i see the connections are established at both ends, but the management console doesnt respond.

I am able to take backup of windows successfully, facing problem with Linux.

The linux agent extracted from the installation source and the TI version i have installed is as follows:
True Image Enterprise Server Echo 9.7.0.8206.2
True Image Enterprise Server Echo Universal Restore 9.7.0.8353
I have download the above files by providing the license keys.

If i am doing any mistake, please kindly guide me with the right procedure to take backup of linux os.

Thanks
Asim
