Default error message at start up

the error message is "failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found". I would like to know how to find that file and where to put it. (On another thread about browsers, I saw "try copying the msvcr71.dll to C:\Windows\system)".

Hello Teach Me,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

In order to solve the issue please do the following:

• Go to %WINDIR%\system32;
• Right-click on the msvcp71.dll file;
• Click Security;
• Add Users group;
• Select the added Users group and check the Read and Read & Execute boxes;
• Click OK;
• Give the same rights for the msvcr71.dll file.

Let us know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
--
